- Sleep on one side – Sleeping on the back can enable your tongue and soft tissues to block your airway. It’s a strange but true fact that some people suffer from sleep apnea only when they lie on their back.
- The tennis ball hack – One of the most effective sleep apnea remedies is to use a tennis ball to stop yourself from rolling onto your back while you sleep. You can use a tennis ball sewed into a pocket on the back of your pajama top.
