We mainly concentrate on Diet, Workouts, Fitness mantras, Beauty tips, Weigh tloss and etc. We allow guest posts from various authors around the globe, and approve only the categories we mentioned above. Guidelines for Guest Articles:

1) No Plagiarism – Please make sure the content you submit is 100% genuine.
2) No Promotions – Please don’t promote any product or property in any of these guest posts.
3) A minimum of 500 words is to be present in every article you submit.
4) We allow only 2 do follow quality links at the bottom of article.
5) Author has to link only relevant content in his/her article.
6) Check your grammar, spelling mistakes before submitting.
7) Add relevant pictures with white background color.
8) Please include SEO titles, Meta keywords and Meta description before submitting.
9) Respond to comments made by the readers of the blog.
10) Promote the article in social media (Optional)
