Method

Boil the water in a stainless steel pot. Add all the ingredients such as cardamom seeds, cloves, peppercorns and cinnamon stick to the boiling pot. Now let the liquid simmer and steep for 15-20 minutes. Remove from heat and let the liquid sit for another few minutes. Strain the tea and pour it into your cups. You can add a natural sweetener or skip it altogether if you are watching your waistline.
