can I hv caffeine free green tea during breast feeding
Bipasha Mukherjee
I would suggest you to consult your doctor.

You should not have green tea when breast feeding. You have to have excess fat during the feeding times. Therefore in general it’s not good to have as it has a direct affect on fat levels.
