This is a power-packed exercise to reduce tummy that work your thighs, abs and lower back. After the W lifts turn around and face the ground. Now repeat the same rotation with the same leg to the back for 15 seconds.
After completing the right leg, move to the left and repeat the same. Bend the knee and rotate it forward for 15 seconds and backward for 15 seconds. This is a challenging weight loss exercise; do try it for strengthening your thighs.

The best way to lose weight is by exercising and sticking to controlled eating habits. Eat more fruits and vegetables, stop eating fried foods. Carry food from your home, stick to normal dal sabji diet.Eat carbohydrates but check for portion control. Do cardio workouts like running, jogging, fast walking, swimming everyday at least for 45 mins. Do not stay at empty stomach for long!
First check your diet and sleeping habits. If you start eating healthy and sleeping right, you would be good to go. Also use a combination of potato juice and lime juice. Apply with a cotton wool and let it stay for ten minutes. Wash off with water. Thrice or four times a week is okay. Tomato juice or cucumber juice also works fine. Use used tea bags for reducing eye fatigue and dark circles both.
