The Refund Policy (the “Refund Policy”) governs use of this website or application (the “Website”). BY USING THE WEBSITE, THE USER ACCEPTS AND AGREES TO THIS REFUND POLICY AS APPLIED TO THE USE OF THE WEBSITE. If The user does not agree to these Refund Policy, the user may not access or otherwise use the Website.

The license to use The Company health application is available for subscription on our website and is completely functional. The users desire to subscribe to The Company’s application would get their registered subscription upon making of complete Payment through The Company’s registered payment Gateway, once the user payment is cleared, the user’s license to use the application will be activated. Once the license is activated, it shall not be cancelled for a period of 30 days and any case if the user desire to cancel the subscription, no refunds will be made upon such cancelation. It is the responsibility of the user to evaluate fitness and usability of the application before subscribing to our application. Once subscription is made, payment made towards subscribing the application shall stand non-refundable and non-transferable.
