Please try and quit smoking. Even if you have a sitting job make sure you move around after every half an hour or so. Even if you are not able to exercise, try and at least walk around. Skip junk and processed food completely. Get an early start in the morning and incorporate yoga to reduce stress. Reducing acute stress is one way of reducing belly fat. Eat home-cooked meals in less oil and don’t leave too much of gap between meals. Drink lots of water at least ten glasses.
