Now bend your upper body towards the right while exhaling, hold for 5 seconds and come back to the starting position while inhaling. Try to rotate as much to the right as you can and hold the posture by taking support of your hands. Wait for 30 seconds and return to the starting position. Now repeat the same to your left side.
