Kiwi Shake


  1. Kiwi Fruit (2)
  2. Low-fat milk (1/2 litre)
  3. Honey (2 tsp)
  4. Crushed Ice


Take the 2 kiwi fruits in a bowl and add ½ litre low-fat milk to it. Place the mixture in a grinder and add 2 tsp honey to it. Blend the mixture smoothly. Now, serve the kiwi shake with crushed ice in tall glasses and garnish it with kiwi slices.

Kiwi Sherbet


  1. Grated kiwis (6)
  2. Lemon (2)
  3. Brown Sugar (200 g)
  4. Water (2 glasses)
  5. Crushed Ice
  6. Mint (garnish)


Take a container and pour 2 glasses of water in it. Now add 200 g of brown sugar and 6 grated kiwis to it. Boil for 10 minutes. Take 2 lemons and extract the juice. Add this juice to the sherbet and store it in a freezer. Server the kiwi sherbet with crushed ice, water and use mint to garnish the sherbet.
